			<description>I think The Music Ocean's main page layout could use a notice somewhere to encourage people to head to the forums and use the Music Talk section rather than the shoutbox. Right now musical topics can be extensive and flood the shoutbox, and some of us love to get our opinions out in a more organized way. We already have the Music Talk forum but there are no direct links to it like the Request forum.
